If you are upgrading/downgrading your membership package or have a new vehicle you will need to request to have the vehicle(s) updated on your account. You can submit a request by using the button at the bottom of this page or from your Member's Only portal following the steps below.
- log in to your Member's Only account by navigating to https://synergyautowash.chargebeeportal.com/portal/login
- click the "submit a request link"
