How do I add, change, or remove vehicle(s) from my account?

If you are upgrading/downgrading your membership package or have a new vehicle you will need to request to have the vehicle(s) updated on your account.  You can submit a request by using the button at the bottom of this page or from your Member's Only portal following the steps below.

I signed up for a B2B account, now what?

We will send you an email when your account is set up and ready to use.  Instruct your employees or users authorized to use your B2B account to ask the cashier to charge their wash or services to your account at the time of purchase.  You can provide them a PO number or any other information your would like included on your invoice (most customer use the employee name and a vehicle number or license plate).

Our billing period runs from the 1st day to the last day of each month.  Invoices will be sent out no later than the 15th day after the billing period ends.  

Payments can be made by check or credit/debit card.

Just send us an email to and include your company name and the information you would like to change -or- use our send us a message by clicking the button below.

What is the Synergy B2B Program?

The Synergy B2B Program is a way for local businesses to take advantage of the wash packages and services we offer and meet the billing requirements of their company or organization.  Participants of our B2B program receive 10% off all washes and services and can take advantage of tax exempt transactions with the proper documentation.  Business can authorize users to add charges to their account and we invoice for the previous 30 days transactions by the 15th of each month.  PO numbers or other identifying information is included on each transaction receipt.
